Can Embird write designs in .PES format directly to a floppy drive?

Is anyone using Embird to write their designs directly to a floppy that their Baby Lock Ellageo can read? The Embird site just lists “non-standard” floppys, whatever they are. Are you just limited to writing to Baby Lock embroidery cards with Ultimate Box?

This model – http://www.babylock.com/sewing/previous-models/ellageo-ESG3/ does use floppies or a memory card.

If you have downloaded designs and copied to a floppy without a problem then you will not have a problem with Embird.

Embird has a trial, so you could test before buying.

Embird and any other ME software will save as .pes and you can send to a floppy, USB stick, USB direct connect (cable) or a memory card.

The rewritable memory card and reader (amazing or ultimate box would be more expensive that floppies.

Save your downloads to your hard drive and rewrite the designs you want to use to the floppy or memory card as needed.
