Easy 2d bone animation software?

I’m looking for something that i can make cartoons with, im not a good drawer but i still want to make cartoons..

There are plenty of softwares you can use but i suggest try learning Adobe Illustrator… it’s not that hard to learn the basics but you can find different version in the net… you may want to download a torrent but i’m not endorsing to use pirated one’s. There are plenty of tutorials that teaches this software and i bet you will love this program since it is really made for vectorizing sketches.
